    This house is absolutely stunning. The photos do not do it justice. We were three couples enjoying a visit to Antigua for the week, ready to explore and relax. The house was a wonderful place to start the day slow and end the nights sitting around the fire.
    You can walk to the center of the historic district or you can easily get an Uber. Either way, we suggest this home for your visit. The house keeper is on site and very eager to help with anything you like but she doesn’t linger. She’s just a quick text message away and she really made our stay extra special.
    We’ve stayed in different houses every year for the last 7 years and this one is our favorite. Beautiful, relaxing and equipped to host. Highly recommend!

    We had a spectacular trip. Sofia was always responsive and helpful. And most of all, Luis was a phenomenal concierge, and took care of everything for us while we were in town. And his wife, an incredibly experienced and nurturing child educator, jumped in to be a nanny for our toddler for a few days. Can’t tell you what wonderful and genuine people they are. We had such a lovely vacation because of them!

    Casa del Calvario is a magnificient house! We loved the experience of staying at an authentic colonial home. Every detail was remarkable -- the architecture, the gardens, the furniture, the art & decoration. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the beautiful bathrooms, the comfortable beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. The house is located on a busy street, so it can get noisy. Sofia is an outstanding host, very responsive.
